Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Services Provided

Nexus Networks offers Android, iOS, and Web App Development, App Performance Optimization, UI Redesign & Modernization, and Testing & Quality Assurance services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs will be detailed in a separate service agreement or proposal.

3. Project Scope and Deliverables

All projects will follow a mutually approved proposal or Statement of Work (SOW). Any additional features or changes beyond the agreed scope will require a written change request and may incur additional costs.

4. Payments and Billing

Payments must be made according to the milestones or schedule stated in the invoice or contract.
Late payments may result in suspension of services.
All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Refund Policy

Once development work has commenced, payments are non-refundable. Refunds may only be granted at the discretion of Nexus Networks for services not yet rendered.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables (source code, designs, and assets). Nexus Networks retains the right to use project outcomes for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary information, content, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in client feedback may result in extended delivery timelines.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all proprietary or confidential information shared during the project private and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Tools and APIs

Nexus Networks may use third-party software, plugins, or APIs to enhance functionality. We are not responsible for issues arising from updates, licensing, or discontinuation of such third-party services.

10. Testing and Quality Assurance

We perform thorough testing before delivery; however, minor bugs may occur. Nexus Networks offers a defined post-launch support period for bug fixes as stated in the contract.

11. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. The client will be billed for work completed up to the termination date, including any approved expenses.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
